This year’s Street Fair will thrill all with masses of free entertainment including face painting, bouncy castles, music, Monster Bubbles, Rainbow Faerie, rock climbing, rope course, puppets and pebble painting.

There will also be market stalls and plenty of food choices available. Come down for a fantastic day of fun.

A huge exhibition of talented locals’ work in a wide range of mediums including painting, photography, sculpture, woodwork and textiles.

Collie Art Gallery: 10am-4pm until 18 September. 10am-4pm, Thursday-Monday until 1 October.

Collie PCYC: 10am-5pm until 17 September.

On show from 9 September.

Get your pen poised for literary learning

Listen and learn from those that have been there and done that with four fantastic speakers as well as a children’s workshop.

Help turn a drab wall into a fab wall

Create and install a large piece of street art with professional artist Andrew Frazer.

An exciting opportunity for 8 young people aged 13-20 years to contribute to the design, planning and installation of this exciting new Collie landmark.

Must be able to attend all planning and installation sessions. Bookings essential. Spectators welcome.

See the best of the best

See all the winning acts from the heats of the performing arts competition come together and vie for the title of Grand Champion, followed by Crash! Bang! Theatrical Thuggery.

From the Greeks to Stanislavski, the cut and thrust of drama fundamentals is given a work-over as Oscar Milde and William Davidson travel through the history of theatre…and get into a few fights along the way!

Laugh as they put the slap into slapstick, unleash a kick into sidekick and a spear into Shakespeare.
